To best accommodate a family of four, this two-story Brooklyn brownstone underwent a partial renovation. The overhaul optimized the space for two bedrooms and three bathrooms and transformed a dark kitchen into a light, welcoming space through the addition of an expansive windowed door and a deck. All-new custom millwork, marble countertops, white oak floors, and streamlined storage breathed fresh, sophisticated air into an old charmer.
